Time ago I told you that, I´m working on my first book. What kind of book would you expect from bass builder?
Bass building book, right?
Nope! 
This book is not about bass building, nor bass designing but its about THE SOUND.
Yes, the sound, and exactly about direct correlation between bass design and construction and the final sound. For the first time ever in the history I will reveal based on physical laws, secrets of bass sound such as different sound properties between bolt on, neck thru and set in construction, wood properties, scales etc..
and how all this affect final bass sound. I will touch only “wood” part of the whole instrument. I will not talk about pickups, this is an subject for next book.
Once you understand these principles as a bass player you will be able to choose better the right sounding bass based on sound idea you have in your mind.
For Luthiers this book will be a gold mine!
Vendors will be able to help customers to choose right instrument based on sound needs.

Si, será en castellano e ingles.
En principio el libro será en formato .pdf descargable y depende del exito megustaria sacarlo en version papel, en este caso seria posible comprarlo directamente de nosotros o a traves de Amazon.com

Me parece fundamental, tengo unos 30 bajos y puedo decir que la gama sonora es totalmente distinta de unos a otros, por pastillas, maderas, contrucción, el resultado puede ser infinito y creo que como referente va aser genial, al ihgual que el curso de construcción.
Imprescindible.

I have been looking for something such as this for a long time. I trust and hope that it will be, along with your bass design course, out before the end of the year. Let us know when these are coming out!! Set some dates!! The wait is VERY difficult!! : )

Hey Jerzy!
I think its a fantastic idea, and one that any open minded musician should be reading. Throw out any old preconceptions about names and old wives tales…here it is…put these together and you have the basis of the sound!!!
Don’t forget though, that the hands are the ultimate tone shaper, and technique will be so so important for the final magical piece of the puzzle.

si hubiese tenido este tipo de informacion,habria acertado mas en el bajo que necesitaba,tengo un warwick thumb bass de 5 cuerdas y me empeño en sacarle un sonido pastoso (tipo fretles)que no puedo sacar,espero este libro con deleite. Saludos

Hola Jerzy, me gustaria saber como puedo conseguir el libro, durante años me la paso buscando timbres sonoros y lamentablemente ya no se que inventar para conseguir esos sonidos profesionales, ademas de haberme comprado todo profesional y saber tocar, siempre siento que no me agrada del todo mi sonido.

Hola Jerzy: Lo primero es que muy bueno el libro de calibrar bajos me sirvio mucho para calibrar el mio asi que se agradece que tu compartas tus conocimientos y lo segundo es que quiero saber como tener acceso al libro la alquimia del sonido para descargarlo en pdf porfavor, espero respuesta
