The Mastery™ bass is the twin brother of the Excellency™  bass in a neck-throught version. Most of the Excellency™ characteristics are included on this bass, but you get even more: two carbon fiber stiffness bars and a five-piece laminated neck.

So is the Mastery™ so much different from the Excellency™ then?  There is a slight sonic difference: The Mastery™ has a slightly deeper/mellow tone and of course superb upper fret access.

Mastery™ now comes now in two versions: Classic, with exposed body neck extension or Full Top, where the book-matched body top wood completely hydes the neck-through construction from the front view.
