Were all story begin is right here. All wood species we use on our project are carefully selected and combined in order to achieve best sound, stability and look properites. Wood as no other material used in bass building must be treated with special care. All wood pieces are carefuly stored and kiln dryed before we employ them in our bass creations.

There is no casuality the way we combine woods in each of our basses. Each wood is selected specialy for it own caracteristic for that part of instrument which demand certain type of strenght, stiffnes or weight.
The way we combine woods in our simple or multilaminated necs, the kind of species we use for body core, body venners or body tops responds to our experience as bass buildiers which tell us which wood will work the best way in certain part of the instrument.
