CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING A JERZY DROZD INSTRUMENT
INITIAL STEPS TO ORDER YOUR JERZY DROZD CREATION
JERZY DROZD maintains a close relationship with each one of its clients. When you address our Client Services for the first time, we usually send you our JERZY DROZD Consultation form to introduce yourself and make your needs known. All consultations, acquisitions and orders to JERZY DROZD are handled directly through e-mail. In this way, we can record every one of your requirements with exacting detail and give you our most complete and accurate attention. We do not handle consultations or acquisitions by phone or by appointment.
From the very beginning of your relationship with the JERZY DROZD house, you will see that our treatment is radically different from that of other companies. The moment you order a JERZY DROZD, you become part of our inner circle, having, since then, our full attention. It is, therefore, logical to make the payment of your instrument comfortable and easy.
Bearing this in mind, we have concluded that the most relaxed way to make the payment of your JERZY DROZD is paying whatever you want, whenever you want. It is that simple: you can make your payments at your convenience. You can pay in a single transaction or, if you prefer, you can make several partial payments. You decide the sum to pay and when to pay it.
Please, note that all amounts paid are non-refundable because making your first payment implies that you are commissioning master luthier Jerzy Drozd to create a custom made instrument, designed and built exclusively for you.
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. Once you have requested the cancellation, we will maintain your instrument project as it is for twelve months. During this year, you still will be able to restart your project from the point you let it.
DESIGNING YOUR JERZY DROZD
Once you have paid a given amount to be considered your down payment, our Director will start working closely with you in your project, sharing and evaluating all the elements and options that make up your JERZY DROZD. You will be able to design step by step, specification by specification, your own JERZY DROZD creation. This close work with you is what we call the JERZY DROZD Bespoke Experience.
Please take into account that you will not decide any detail of your JERZY DROZD before starting to design your JERZY DROZD. However, if you want to know the cost of some personalised specifications before, you can always ask for a quotation. The cost of this quotation is EUR 250. We would deduct this amount from the final price of your JERZY DROZD if you paid the sum required to start the designing process within six months from the quotation date.
After starting the designing stage, we will make all the necessary quotations at no cost.
DELIVERING YOUR JERZY DROZD
The delivery time depends on our waiting list and the final specifications of your instrument. Building a high-quality musical instrument requires a minimum of ten months.
About two months before master luthier Jerzy Drozd has completed your instrument, we will ask you to make the remaining payment of your JERZY DROZD. At this moment, we will momentarily interrupt the building process until the reception of this final payment. If any problem arises and you cannot make your payment, please let us know as soon as possible, we will not cancel your order until six months has elapsed.
Once we have received your final payment, Mr Drozd will finish your instrument. Once completed, we will deliver your JERZY DROZD creation to your address.
